Non-destructive remote inspection for heavy constructions

A laser-based system for remote non-destructive inspection of heavy concrete structures has been developed, assembled and tested in the laboratory and field conditions. Detection of inner defects was demonstrated for Japan Railway Shinkansen tunnels.
