Phase modelocking of a Terahertz quantum cascade laser

Modelocking of a Terahertz Quantum Cascade Laser is achieved using multimode injection seeding. Contrarily to standard methods that rely on gain modulation, a fixed phase relationship is here directly imprinted to the QCL modes.
