Electro-optically tunable vertically integrated chalcogenide interferometer on LiNbO3
A vertically integrated As 2 S 3 Mach-Zehnder interferometer side-coupled to a Ti:LiNbO 3 waveguide is electro-optically tuned utilizing asymmetric coplanar strip electrodes along the chalcogenide path. Tuning of the TM polarization is demonstrated with V π = 19.6 V.
