Laser-based waveform metrology at PTB: Development of an ultrabroadband voltage pulse standard
We describe the development of a voltage pulse standard on a coplanar waveguide using laser-based optoelectronic techniques. The pulse standard, whose temporal shape (or complex frequency spectrum) is exactly known, has frequency components exceeding 500 GHz and a 500 MHz frequency spacing.
