Description
Summary:FAR TOO OFTEN, in the hustle and bustle of modern life, we fail to consider what lies behind the development of the many things we have, the things which collectively have provided this country with the highest standard of living in the world. As a result, the contributions made by engineers which result in a better life for all of us frequently receive no recognition. For this reason, among many others, I count it a privilege as well as an honor to be able to tell you something about the many contributions that have been made by one of these engineers which have benefited the lives of all of us here today.
