The peculiarities of the electrical conductivity of LiNbO3 crystals, reduced in hydrogen

The temperature dependence of the dark electrical conductivity of the "black" LN crystal in the temperature range (293 - 400) K is studied. It is found that the activation energy of the electrical conductivity is equal to (0.68 ± 0.02) eV and differ this value of LN samples, reduced in vac...

Description
Summary:The temperature dependence of the dark electrical conductivity of the "black" LN crystal in the temperature range (293 - 400) K is studied. It is found that the activation energy of the electrical conductivity is equal to (0.68 ± 0.02) eV and differ this value of LN samples, reduced in vacuum. It is shown, that the electrical conductivity of the "black" LN sample at the room temperature sufficiently decrease after the some cycles of its heating up to 430 K. The nature of this phenomenon is discussed.
