Summary: | In this work we present our recent results in modeling and fabrication of large aperture deformable mirrors first of all for laser beam correction but also for astronomical applications. Right now our company can produce bimorph mirrors with diameter from 200 to 500 mm. One of the main new advantages of our technology is that we can easily substitute damaged reflecting surface of our mirrors. Also, these wavefront correctors could be efficiently used in wide aperture high power lasers and laser systems. |
