Summary: | This paper focuses on the suppression of the comprehensive micro-vibrations in a magnetically suspended momentum wheel (MSMW), including the synchronous harmonic caused by mass imbalance and the super harmonics caused by sensor runout. First, a generalized dynamical model of the MSMW with a novel magnetic bearing structure is developed and analyzed. Then, the synchronous force elimination is introduced to eliminate the synchronous harmonic resulting from the control current and displacement stiffness. After that, the parallel adaptive filters are proposed for the super harmonics induced by the sensor runout, especially considering the inner resonance of the super harmonics intersecting with the structural modes. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method has significant effectiveness in suppressing the synchronous harmonic and super harmonics. |
