Summary: | This paper presents a printed CP rectenna design by using a sequentially rotated feeding method for axial ratio purity and simple structure. The half-wave rectifier is designed with HSMS-8101 Schottky diode at 9.5 GHz. The rectifier and the antenna are connected using via-hole transition structure and consist of two substrates. The measured maximum efficiency of the rectifier is 67% at 15.5 dBm of input power. The proposed SRF CP antenna shows good axial ratio, corresponding axial ratio is 0.9 dB at 9.5 GHz. |
