Description
Summary:A novel adaptive Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system based on cloud transmission (Cloud Txn) is proposed for dynamic cognitive radio (CR) communication. Cloud transmission is a spectrally-efficient and interference-immune way for broadcasting communication. In light of the Cloud-Txn technology, a secondary link is set up in this paper for supporting fast transmitter-receiver (Tx-Rx) interaction to improve the transmission efficiency of the dynamic CR network. In the secondary link, the CR system parameter information is precoded by Kasami sequences and then superimposed onto OFDM data, i.e., the primary link, in the frequency domain, which requires none of extra spectrum. The performance of the proposed system is theoretically analyzed and verified by computer simulations.
