Summary: | Due to the metal detector have single interactive interface, poor operability, inconvenient repair and other problems now, this paper designs an embedded human-machine interface by analyzing the requirements of the metal detector system to solve these problems. The hardware is based on controller chip of LPC1788 of a core of 32-bit ARM and uses touch screen and keyboard as human-machine interface display and input device. In soft design, firstly to achieve real-time multi-task switching μC / OS-III embedded operation system is transplanted to the ARM core. Secondly the paper uses emWin to display graphics and text. As a result, the overall perform of the system is improved and the structure of the software and hardware is simplified. And the paper does a large optimization in functional use to enhance the user experience. |
