A 2.5-Gb/s per channel DWDM-PON with a pulsed-ASE seed light source

We demonstrate an error free transmission of 2.5-Gb/s signal in a DWDM-PON system employing a directly-modulated RSOA and a pulsed amplified spontaneous emission seed light source with a built-in fiber based Mach-Zehnder Interferometer.
