Description
Summary:A design and development experience of a multiprocessor-based automatic assembly machine for microelectronic components is described. The overall control system consists of three subsystems, which are the structured supervisory controller, the visual pattern recognition system, and the display system. The proposed control system was implemented and successfully applied to a laboratory semiconductor die bonding machine in a real-time.
