description | With the rapid development of modern logistics industry, the fourth-party logistics develops as an integrator of supply chain services for customers. At the same time, information sharing conflict arises among the fourth-party logistics, the third-party logistics, customers and local government, because the third-party logistics may still be hesitant to share information with the fourth-party logistics. The methodology of the graph model for conflict resolution is used to systematically analyze the information sharing conflict. Decision makers and the options of the decision makers involved in the conflict are provided in this paper. And the preferences for decision makers over the states of the conflict model are analyzed and then the equilibria for the model are calculated by using the decision support system GMCR + . After that, a through strategy analysis reveals the potential evolution path of the conflict and the important decision strategy for the fourth-party logistics and the local government. |
