Description
Summary:This paper proposed, a new compact voltage mode universal filter. For the implementation of this filter one basic current conveyor and one transconductance amplifier along with four passive components, i.e. two capacitors and two resistors are used. The circuit is capable of performing LPF, HPF, band pass and band notch filtering by applying different combinations of voltage at the input terminal. The attractiveness of this circuit lies in the fact that whole circuit is implemented with only 14 MOS transistors in total. The proposed circuit is simulated on LTSPICE-90nm technology to validate the theoretical anticipation. Also, the 90nm technology files are taken from PTM website.
