Summary:This paper describes the network protocol which keeps the software counters synchronized over the network. The time keeping system uses one clock as a time offering server. The other four clocks, used as clients, synchronize their local clocks with the server clock and the other clock distribute on a TCP/IP network system. The system was coded in JAVA and the flow charts are given in the system design.
