Summary: | A high frequency universal current mode filter composed by three second generation current conveyor circuits (MOCCII), three active controlled resistances and two grounded active capacitors in this work. This circuit can simultaneously realize all filter responses without modifying the circuit configuration. This filter offers the following advantages: (i) pole frequency and quality factor can be tuned independently, (ii) all output terminals are high impedances which are good for cascadability to another circuits, (iii) low active and passive sensitivities. The workability of proposed filter has been verified by TSPICE simulation with 0.18 μm TSMC technology process parameters. |
