Summary: | The photovoltaic-thermal(PV/T) optimum dispatching is the hot issue of the dispatching management in the electric power system. This paper established a optimum model which considered thermal power, PV power and energy storage system(ESS), Moreover, an improved particle swarm knowledge algorithm was employed to resolve the optimum dispatching problem. And the algorithm selecting the particle global optimal position through individual evolution and parameter adjustment, using cyclic crowding distance to control the size of Pareto, and achieving the interaction between the belief space and population space through accepting function and influence function. Finally, the mixed integer programming problem including the thermal power, PV output power and the ESS were solved via combining the improved particle swarm knowledge algorithm and branch and bound method. The effectiveness of this method was demonstrated by some examples. |
