Summary:A new approach for the reliability assessment of additive layer manufacturing parts is presented. The paper explores the possibility to integrate in the reliability evaluation both the study of specific zones of the component and the traceability of the manufacturing process. Moreover, as anticipated in previous papers, all the process could be managed by the ASD S3000L as a standardization system, integrating the process in a structure already accepted.
