Summary:SPOC is a more exquisite and niche online open course type than MOOC, and it integrates the points of large-scale online open courses. Design and development combine the actual learning of students, which can make up for the lack of MOOC in higher education. This study combines the needs of personnel training in colleges and universities and the characteristics of the SPOC flipped classroom learning model, and conducts computer basic curriculum teaching research based on SPOC flipping classroom teaching model.
