Summary:Membrane-supported thin-film multijunction thermal converters on crystalline quartz have been assembled in a high-frequency optimized housing to achieve lowest AC-DC voltage transfer differences. By extensive electromagnetic simulation, special emphasis has been placed on the investigation of the significant influence of chip bonding, housing, and connecting transmissions lines on the overall performance up to 100 MHz.
