Summary: | This paper describes economic way of bridging the well known LF-RF gap in the impedance metrology for means of calibration of RLC autobalance bridges. A simple calculable resistance standard capable of operation up to at least 100 MHz was developed. It was compared to the RF chip resistors characterized by means of the s-matrix technique. Achieved expanded uncertainty {(\text{k}=2)} at 100 MHz was 1.4 % which is sufficient for calibration of impedance analyzers. Furthermore, the standard was realized in the two terminal construction so it can be used as a load correction for regular measurements. |
