Summary: | This paper presents a hybrid logistic decision-making-aided process for safely monitoring resources and handling products in an loT-based warehouse. The proposal achieves a safe warehouse management by using reactivity of smart products and shelves against surrounding critical risks. Products are transformed into intelligent agents, smart products, able to decide their trajectory and storage destination. This work presents a hybrid decision-making-aided model which is composed of two phases; one is the centralized logistic decision-making of the final product allocation, using static potential fields method, floating locations principle and advanced product classification, and the other one decentralized assures the reactive control of product trajectory at the shop floor level by using dynamic potential fields method, and taking into account product-resource interactions. The classification of products by methods exploiting multiple criteria will help to optimize incoming factors in the overall equation of performing and assuring security of goods and person. Validation of the proposal is detailed in a NetLogo simulation. |
