Summary: | This paper introduces a new CMOS inverting second generation current conveyor circuit. The proposed ICCII circuit has created by adding a high performance voltage inverter circuit with input stage of second generation current conveyor (CCII) previously presented in the literature. With ± 0.8 V supply voltage, this circuit has a rail to rail dynamic range with a good accuracy, a low parasitic resistor at terminal X (1.6 Ω), wide current mode (3.32 GHz) and voltage mode (3.9 GHz) bandwidths. As application, various current mode sinusoidal oscillators using two ICCII- circuits and four admittances are presented. The simulation results of proposed ICCII and oscillator circuits are tested by TSPICE simulator using CMOS TSMC 0.18 μm technology in order to verify the theoretical results. |
