Summary:In the efforts to fight against crime, city halls and governments install video surveillance system that works 24h/day like thousands of eyes in airports, ports, major roadways, government buildings and important facilities. However, such kinds of surveillance systems were strongly depended on hardware architecture and budget for installation. In this condition intelligent surveillance system (ISS) has growing attention due to the increasing demand on security and safety in areas with limited human intervention.
