Summary: | In this paper, an NbTi/BSCCO composite conductor made of NbTi/Cu wire and BSCCO/Ag wire cooled by cryocooler were investigated, extending the basic research on current distribution characteristics of low temperature superconductor and high temperature superconductor composite conductor and exploring its potential application. Current distribution characteristics with operating current, temperature, magnetic field, and current frequency were simulated and measured. Current-transfer characteristics between the two superconductors were also obtained. |
