High-NA Silicon Nitride Metalens for Unpolarized Visible Light
We demonstrate a polarization-insensitive silicon nitride metalens that can be designed as large numerical aperture (∼0.98) divergent lens with high transmission (∼0.8) for visible light, and fabricated using 695 nm thick hexagonal silicon nitride array.
