Summary:The design of a synchronous motor with a distributed winding and an outer rotor as an in-wheel electric motor for vehicles is proposed.Distributed winding is manufactured using frameless winding technology.The in-wheel motor is designed for use as a traction drive of vehicles (land, water, air).The innovation comprises the development of a new manufacturing technology of distributed winding for synchronous machines. Distributed winding is made up of individual coils, each of which is produced in a frameless way.The production of a frameless coil is carried out on specialized equipment, which gives the coil a specific geometry.
