Summary: | DC motor is widely used in industry, transportation, robotic control system and other fields. DC motors can be considered for robotic devices for automatic installation of pipelines. The device and the method for automating the installation of pipelines based on composite materials using DC motors to control the positioning of the pipes have been described in this article. Modeling of the control system using PI-controller in the Matlab/simulink and the mathematical model of a DC motor has been proposed. The developed model allows estimating time and accuracy of positioning of the pipes. The results obtained on the model allow making conclusions about the opportunities of using DC motors in a robotic device for automating the installation of pipelines. |
