Multistage turbo decoding for multilevel superposition coded modulation schemes

The design of multilevel superposition coded modulation schemes using turbo codes is addressed. A multistage decoding algorithm with reduced decoding delay is proposed. Simulation results over an impulsive noise channel are obtained.
