Ultra-Flat and Low Dispersion Over Near-Infrared Regime in Horizontal Silicon Nitride Slot Waveguide

A strip/slot hybrid silicon nitride waveguide is designed to provide an ultra-flat and low dispersion. The dispersion is 0 ± 7 ps/nm/km over 812 nm with two zero dispersion wavelengths in near-infrared regime.
