Summary: | The electrochemical behavior of tin phosphite SnHPO 3 was studied for the first time as anode material for lithium-ion batteries. It is synthesized using a hydrothermal method and was characterized using XRD, FTIR and SEM analyses which confirm the formation of this material. The electrochemical results show a capacity of 1248 mAh/g for the first discharge cycle and a capacity of 450 mAh/g for the third discharge cycle. |
