Ultrafast photonic devices based on nanomaterials
We demonstrate in situ synthesized graphene-based mode-locked fiber lasers in the femtosecond regime and ultrafast all-optical switches exploiting four-wave mixing of incident signal modulated at the ultrafast speed of up to 20 GHz.
