Summary: | The ignition impulses forming modes in the combined start-up device EJPT is researched. The more rational variant selected from several schemes. The ignition impulses forming feature in the combined start-up device is the use for ignition of the energy collected in the limited throttle of the cathode heater power supply (CHPS). In this case, two main problems appeared: firstly, it is necessary to form the ignition impulse with required parameters, not exceeding the throttle energy; and, secondly, to distribute the excess throttle energy. For this purpose the scheme has been designed with excess energy reset to the output filter of the discharge power supply (DPS). The scheme is researched in three modes (low conductivity mode, high conductivity mode and short circuit in the load) by PSPICE 5.2 applied programs. The performance principle described. The currents and voltage diagrams on the base parts were shown. The forming possibility of required supply modes of heater cathode (HC) and ignition electrode (IE) from a common supply is shown. |
