Description
Summary:The usage of wireless communication technologies in the implementation of in-vehicle sensor networks is becoming more and more interesting for vehicular manufacturers. However, in order to make a decisive step onto the market, questions about the dependability of wireless technologies always have to be taken into consideration. New standards, as e.g. IEEE 802.15.4 TSCH, offer different approaches towards meeting application demands of different application areas, including those of in-vehicle networks (IVNs). As IVNs become more and more frequent in their usage, also the question about interference management between multiple wireless sensor networks (WSNs) becomes more urgent. As the number of studies on how multiple WSNs can interfere with each other is still limited, this paper will point towards possible methods and further research necessary in order to achieve efficient interference management between non-stationary wireless networks.
