Summary:It is crucial of construction of dispatching, maintenance and reconditions system in province and city two level information for guaranteeing information system running safely in State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company (SGSEPC). This paper proposed the construction background and status quo of Provincial-municipal Integration (PMI) system of State Grid Sichuan Information & Communication Company (SGSICC). The dispatching monitoring mode by the company through the PMI is analyzed. Combined with the construction achievements of four aspects, the construction of the dispatching, maintenance and reconditions with information system of SGSICC under PMI is expounded. The dispatching, maintenance and reconditions systems based on PMI and the operation of PMI have opened up the provincial and local dispatching command channels, realizing the whole process of standard operation and maintenance management.
