Description
Summary:300 MHz X band FMCW single pass INSAR instrument and processing algorithm were developed for generating the accurate DEM of the Earth. Japan has more than hundred active volcanoes and often to vary the topography. This light weighted InSAR instrument can quickly monitor and measure the change of the earth surface flying on the low altitude of the small manned airplane. The imaging and interferometric SAR algorithms were developed for fast and accurate provision of the topography preparation. The algorithm can bear the long strip processing without limitations on the fast memory storage composed of two steps: browsing and high precision mode. Height and geolocation accuracies are evaluated and measured as better than several meter.
