Summary: | A distributed back-stepping consensus protocol is designed for attitude synchronization and tracking of multiple spacecraft. In attitude synchronization and tracking, the attitudes of the multiple spacecraft are expected to approach a common reference. Considering a situation that the reference is arbitrary differentiable and the communication is directed, the reference is treated as a leader, makes the attitude synchronization and tracking problem be a leader-following problem on directed graphs. The back-stepping method was applied to design a distributed consensus protocol. Numerical simulations in two different topologies are performed to verify the effectiveness of the designed protocol. |
