Summary: | The real and imaginary parts of the refraction factor of several types of ferrite are measured. It is important for definition of suitability of ferrite disks for use in quasi-optical devices made on base of hollow dielectric waveguide. For the measurements, a two-channel spectrometer with automatic microwave losses equalized by calibrated attenuator, is used. The measurements are executed in the 1.2-1.8 mm wavelength range. |
