Summary:This paper presents a cloud database ecosystem for medical data (EMIM, https://www.emim.ro) where all three actors from the health system (physicians-patients-pharmacists) can interact and share the same common medical data sources. Based on this unique database, several applications included into self-management disease field have been built: assisting the patient in medication management, patient-doctor dialogue, telemedicine. The system implements the new GDPR rules by using the SMS codes sent to the patient's mobile.
