Millimeter-Wave TRL Calibration Technique with the Demonstration of An IPD Antenna

In this paper, a millimeter-wave (mmW) through-reflect-line (TRL) calibration technique is developed and demonstrated by measuring an integrated passive device (IPD) antenna. The measured and simulated |S11| of AUT are highly consistent from 50 GHz to 100 GHz band. The mmW TRL calibration can provid...

Description
Summary:In this paper, a millimeter-wave (mmW) through-reflect-line (TRL) calibration technique is developed and demonstrated by measuring an integrated passive device (IPD) antenna. The measured and simulated |S11| of AUT are highly consistent from 50 GHz to 100 GHz band. The mmW TRL calibration can provide the high reliability for on-chip antenna measurement environment.
