Summary:The scientific article presents methods for the synthesis of highly efficient mechatronic control modules for metallurgical production facilities and the oil and gas sector by the criterion of minimum losses. Methods for selecting the elements and devices of these modules are proposed. It is shown that the specific weight and size indicators were improved by about 20% in the developed modules. This was achieved by choosing the parameters of the power elements, arranging the nodes, choosing the laws for controlling semiconductor switches, and also determining the optimal cooling flows. It was found that the efficiency of the system reached 80%. The maximum power dissipated on the elements and systems did not exceed 1200 watts. To increase the reliability of mechatronic control modules to 0.95, it is proposed to reduce losses in the system by about 20%.
