Summary: | The aim of this work is an in vivo study of the biocompatibility of samples of three-dimensional tissue-engineering structures for of muscle tissue regeneration. Three-dimensional tissue-engineering structures were formed by layer-by-layer deposition of dispersions of albumin, collagen, chitosan with carbon nanotubes using laser printing. Under the action of laser radiation, carbon nanotubes oriented into a conducting scaffold. During implantation of tissue-engineering constructions, no toxic effects were revealed to laboratory birds. Studies have shown that carbon nanotubes do not have a pathological effect on the morphology of living cells and tissues, also enhance the proliferation of fibroblasts and stimulate the growth of connective and muscle tissue. |
