Description
Summary:One of the most significant directions in the development of communication technologies today is the transition to the use of multiservice networks, which can significantly improve the quality of services provided and the productivity of companies with remote branches. But before talking about improving the level of quality of services, it is necessary to assess its current level. In this work, at the first stage, we consider multiservice networks, services provided by multiservice networks at the moment, and the benefits received by the end user when using them. The influence of the functional features of the NGN on the quality of service is studied and the connection between the quality of service and the safety of the multiservice network is established. At the second stage, an analysis is made of methods for assessing the quality of service and the choice of the most optimal method.
