description A wireless power receiver with wide input power dynamic range is proposed. It includes a Dickson charge pump for low power region and an active rectifier for high efficiency at high power region. A boost converter charges battery up to 4.2V and charging current monitor enables dynamic mode change between charge pump and active rectifier, those which should not operate simultaneously. Wide input dynamic range of 31dB (−12.5 ~ 18.5dBm) is achieved by the dynamic mode change. The measured maximum efficiency is 60%. An in-vitro experiment is performed with human body simulant solution.
