description Web service recommendation system is an alternative to achieve a better service discovery. Web service recommendation system using history has relatively low acceptance rate but web service recommendation system using quality of service can predict QoS values well. Therefore, this work proposes a solution to build a web service recommendation system using history and QoS. The built system has high accuracy, but the accuracy decreases as the system receives other inaccurate recommendation factors. Although the accuracy is able to decrease, the system has considered more recommendation factors. Therefore, this method can improve the accuracy of using history as recommendation factor by fusing it with another factors. As currently most web service recommendation systems use only one factor, proposed method can also be considered as a way to build a web service recommendation system using more than one factor.
