Summary: | A liquid-helium-free quantized Hall resistance (QHR) measurement system has been set up at CMS (Center for Measurement Standards) in Taiwan. Such a scientific instrument can lead to cost-saving maintenance without an external supply of liquid helium. The instrument composition and system evaluation have been discussed. The relative expanded uncertainty of the QHR system is 0.06\ \mu \mathrm{\Omega}/\mathrm{\Omega},\ k=2 for the 1\ \mathrm{k}\mathrm{\Omega} DC standard resistor. |
