Summary: | Due to the continuous fossil fuels' exhaustion, it is of highest significance to create and apply the legal support for energy saving activity in all the sectors of the social and economical life. Large, experienced and well organized companies-like governmental companies or like solid private enterprises-monopolies or not-could bring a more important contribution in this direction than small energy producers. Therefore, the privatization perspective of great national concerns will not be-from this point of view-an encouragement. The required energy balancing and saving activities could serve both goals: they could offer a job for unemployed specialists and could save important energy amounts, through losses' reduction. An efficient economical conception which can give to the future a better solution than the privatization. |
