Summary: | Fourier infrared spectroscopy has gradually become one of the most important methods to measure the functional groups of silicone rubber. In this paper, the infrared spectra of aluminum hydroxide, silica and hydroxy silicone oil were measured, and compared with that of silicone rubber. At the same temperature, 50 samples of silicone rubber under the same formula were selected for measurement. It is found that the infrared spectrum of most characteristic peaks changed little because of the good uniformity of samples. While the difference of infrared spectrum characteristic peaks of samples from different manufacturers is large. Therefore, a similarity model is established to identify different manufacturers' formulas, and the recognition rate reached 100%. |
