Description
Summary:The electrified railway system with liquefied natural gas (LNG) transported is closely related to the integrated electricity-gas energy system, but little research focuses on the coordinated optimal operation of these systems. To fill the gap, this paper innovatively proposes the co-optimization scheduling model of electricity and natural gas systems considering railway transportation. Firstly, a railway network model for LNG transmission is put forward. Then a co-optimization scheduling model for the integrated electricity-natural gas system and railway system is established. Finally, the incremental linear approximation is adopted to transform the original model into a mixed integer linear programming model. The results of case studies show that the proposed co-optimization scheduling model is beneficial to reduce operating costs and promote the accommodation of renewable energy.
